Equality

EQUALITY, SAFETY & RESPECT

I’m committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone I work with. Discrimination or harassment of any kind — including sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any other form of prejudice — will not be tolerated.

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service if these boundaries are violated, or if a client behaves in a disrespectful or aggressive manner.

If this occurs during the delivery of a prepaid package or service, any eligible refund will be calculated based on the work already completed and delivered.

This policy exists to protect both myself and my clients, and to ensure that all interactions remain positive, creative, and respectful.

Basic Feedback

BASIC FEEDBACK PACKAGE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Overview

The Basic Feedback package provides a single written feedback report on one submitted track, priced at £20 per track.

This service offers clear, actionable insights to help you improve your mix and production. It does not include revisions, calls, or extended support unless otherwise agreed.

2. Application & Acceptance

All new clients must complete the application form before submitting any work. This ensures I can deliver the quality and focus each project deserves.

  • I aim to review and respond to all new applications within 24 working hours (Monday–Friday).

  • If accepted, you’ll receive a payment link by email.

  • Existing clients who have already been accepted do not need to reapply, unless booking a Roadmap Package or 1-1 sessions, which requires a new application due to the depth and scope of the service. You’ll be provided with a private email address for all other future requests and communication.

  • Only messages received via that private email (from the same address used in your original application) will be accepted for new submissions or upgrades.

  • I reserve the right to decline or delay new work at any time, including for reasons such as workload, scheduling limits, or personal capacity.

3. Payment

  • Payment is required in full before any feedback work begins.

  • Once payment is received, your slot is confirmed, and feedback delivery will be completed within 2 working days (Monday–Friday).

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has begun or feedback has been delivered, as this is a time-based creative service.

4. Delivery

Feedback will be delivered as a digital written file (PDF or equivalent).

All feedback reflects my professional opinion based on the track and information submitted at the time. Implementation and creative choices remain the client’s responsibility.

5. Revisions & Follow-Up

The Basic Feedback package does not include ongoing discussion or follow-up beyond the initial report.

If you’d like deeper analysis, continued support, or feedback on multiple tracks, you may upgrade to an In-Depth, Roadmap, or 1–1 service tier.

6. Track Submission & Privacy

  • Tracks must be submitted via a private SoundCloud link (set to private with sharing enabled).

  • Please do not send file uploads (e.g. email attachments, WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox links).

  • Ensure that downloads are enabled in your SoundCloud settings in case access to the file is needed for analysis.

  • Your private SoundCloud link will only be used for the purpose of providing feedback and will never be shared or distributed.

  • You’re welcome to connect your SoundCloud account with Educate//Resonate — as the community grows, this may become part of a shared creative network for artists I’ve worked with.

7. Professional Boundaries

I maintain a respectful and inclusive working environment for all clients.

Any behaviour involving discrimination, harassment, or disrespect may result in termination of services, as outlined in the Equality, Safety & Respect section.

8. Disclaimer

By submitting your track and payment, you acknowledge that this is a personalised, creative service.

Results, outcomes, and improvements may vary depending on your individual workflow, tools, and production style.

This service does not include live calls or extended coaching unless otherwise agreed.

2. Application & Acceptance

  • I aim to review and respond to all new applications within 24 working hours (Mon–Fri).

  • If accepted, you’ll receive a payment link by email.

  • Existing clients who have already been accepted do not need to reapply, unless booking a Roadmap Package or any other in-depth service that requires updated information. You’ll be provided with a private email address for all future requests and communication.

  • Once payment is received, your slot is confirmed, and feedback delivery will be completed within 3 working days (Mon–Fri).

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has begun or feedback has been delivered, as this is a bespoke, time-based creative service.

4. Introductory Offer for New Clients

  • New clients are eligible for a one-time introductory offer of £25 per track (50 % off the standard £50 rate).

  • The same service terms apply as the standard In-Depth Feedback package.

  • For this introductory offer only, I provide a limited satisfaction policy:

If you feel the feedback didn’t meet the standard described, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it. I’ll review your case personally and, where appropriate, may offer a partial or full refund.
  • This policy applies only to first-time clients using the introductory offer. Subsequent feedback requests are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Delivery

Feedback is delivered as a digital written file (PDF or equivalent) and includes a video or screen-recorded walkthrough of your track.

Your report may also include timestamp notes, reference suggestions, and links to external tools or resources.

All feedback reflects my professional opinion based on the track and information submitted at the time. Implementation and creative choices remain the client’s responsibility.

6. Track Submission & Privacy

  • You’re welcome to connect your SoundCloud account with Educate//Resonate — as the community grows, this may become part of a shared creative network for artists I’ve worked with.

7. Revisions & Follow-Up

The In-Depth Feedback package includes one follow-up email for clarification or short questions related to your feedback.

If you’d like further analysis or additional support, this can be arranged through the Roadmap Package or by booking additional feedback sessions.

8. Professional Boundaries

I maintain a respectful and inclusive working environment for all clients.

Any behaviour involving discrimination, harassment, or disrespect may result in termination of services, as outlined in the Equality, Safety & Respect section.

9. Disclaimer

By submitting your track and payment, you acknowledge that this is a personalised creative service.

Results and improvements will vary depending on your individual workflow, tools, and production style.

In Depth

ROADMAP PACKAGE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Overview

The Roadmap Package is a premium, deep-dive portfolio analysis designed for producers ready to elevate their sound, workflow, and creative consistency.

It includes analysis of up to 10 tracks and provides a personalised action plan focused on:

  • Workflow optimisation and creative direction

  • Identifying key areas for technical and artistic growth

  • Actionable development steps tailored to your goals

  • Tools, references, and resources to deepen your craft

You’ll also receive a personalised follow-up video.

Simply send any questions or clarifications within two weeks of receiving your Roadmap, and I’ll create a detailed response that expands on anything you need.

If you’d like further support afterwards, you can access my In-Depth Feedback service at a 50% discounted client rate. This gives you ongoing, detailed guidance at half the standard price.

Price: £400 (Intro offer: £300 for a limited time).

This service is non-refundable and requires full payment before work begins.

*Rates are subject to change in line with inflation and operating costs. Any updates will be communicated in advance.

2. Application & Acceptance

All clients — both new and returning — must complete the application form before booking a Roadmap Package.

This ensures I have up-to-date information about your creative direction, goals, and current portfolio before undertaking this level of analysis.

  • I aim to review and respond to all applications within 24 working hours (Mon–Fri).

  • If accepted, you’ll receive a payment link by email.

  • All clients — including existing ones — must submit a new application when booking a Roadmap Package. Because of the depth and detail involved, I need up-to-date information in order to create an accurate and personalised analysis.

  • You’ll be provided with a private email address for all other future requests and communication.

  • I reserve the right to decline or delay new work at any time, including for reasons such as workload, scheduling limits, or personal capacity.

  • Communication regarding the Roadmap Package will take place via the contact email provided in your application form.

3. Payment

  • Payment is required in full before any analysis begins.

  • Once payment is received, your slot is confirmed, and your roadmap will be delivered within 5 working days (Mon–Fri).

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has begun or feedback has been delivered, as this is a bespoke, time-based creative service.

4. Delivery

You’ll receive:

  • A comprehensive written report (PDF or equivalent) analysing up to 10 submitted tracks.

  • A personalised roadmap outlining practical next steps and development areas.

  • A personalised follow-up video is included.

  • Send any questions within two weeks of receiving your roadmap, and I’ll create a detailed video response to clarify everything you need.

Feedback is provided in a combination of written notes, video commentary, external links, and recommended resources — anything I believe will be genuinely useful and relevant to your development.

This process is handled on a case-by-case basis, meaning no two packages are the same. Each Roadmap is entirely bespoke, designed to meet your individual creative and technical needs.

All feedback reflects my professional opinion based on the materials submitted. Implementation and creative decisions remain the client’s responsibility.

5. Track Submission & Privacy

  • Tracks must be submitted as a private, shareable SoundCloud album link with downloads enabled.

  • Please include up to 10 tracks within the same private playlist.

  • Individual file uploads (e.g. email attachments, WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox) are not accepted.

  • Your SoundCloud link will only be used for the purpose of providing analysis and will never be shared or distributed.

  • You’re welcome to connect your SoundCloud account with Educate//Resonate — as the community grows, this may become part of a shared creative network for artists I’ve worked with.

6. Follow-Up & Ongoing Support (Eligibility, Discounts, and Boundaries)

Each Roadmap Package includes one personalised follow-up video, provided after you send any questions or clarifications within two weeks of receiving your roadmap.

After this, Roadmap clients gain access to ongoing In-Depth Feedback at a 50% discounted client rate. This discount applies to any further feedback sessions booked after your roadmap has been delivered.

Ongoing support is offered asynchronously and reflects the same structure and depth as the standard In-Depth Feedback service, but at the reduced client rate. Prices may increase over time in line with inflation and operating costs; any updates will always be communicated in advance.

Eligibility for ongoing discounted feedback is at my discretion and depends on communication, boundaries, and the suitability of working together.

All support is provided within standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. UK time).

This discount applies only to Roadmap clients and cannot be combined with other offers or bulk booking reductions.

7. Professional Boundaries

I maintain a respectful and inclusive working environment for all clients.

Any behaviour involving discrimination, harassment, or disrespect may result in termination of services, as outlined in the Equality, Safety & Respect section.

8. Disclaimer

By submitting your tracks and payment, you acknowledge that this is a personalised, creative service.

Results, outcomes, and artistic growth will vary depending on your individual workflow, tools, and creative process.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (BOOKS, GUIDES, PRESET PACKS, AND OTHER DOWNLOADS)

1. Ownership and Copyright

All digital products sold through Educate//Resonate — including but not limited to ebooks, guides, preset packs, and audio or visual resources — are the intellectual property of Envis (Educate//Resonate).

By purchasing or downloading these products, you are granted a single, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the product.

  • Share, upload, or distribute the files (in whole or part) publicly or privately.

  • Claim the work as your own, resell it, or use it for commercial redistribution (for example, reselling presets, repackaging sound libraries, or re-uploading guides).

All content remains the copyrighted property of Educate//Resonate and is protected under UK and international copyright law.

2. Use of Presets and Sound Content

When purchasing any preset or sound pack, you are granted the right to:

  • Use the sounds, patches, or presets freely in your own original music and commercial releases.

  • Use them in performances, compositions, productions, or any creative work intended for release.

You may not:

  • Repackage, redistribute, or resell any individual preset, sample, or modified version of them as part of another sound library, sample pack, or commercial product.

  • Include them in any plugin, patch library, or product designed for redistribution.

In simple terms: you can use the sounds in your music — even commercially — but you cannot sell or share the sounds themselves.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Because digital products are instantly accessible and downloadable, all sales are final.

Once you receive access to the files, you lose your right to cancellation or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Refunds are only considered if:

  • You were charged in error, or

  • The product is defective, corrupted, or cannot be accessed due to a technical fault.

If you encounter a technical issue, please contact me within 7 days of purchase, and I’ll ensure you receive a valid working file or appropriate support.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered either:

  • Automatically via email download link, or

  • Through a secure hosting platform such as Gumroad or your user account area (if applicable).

If you do not receive your product within a reasonable timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact me directly with your order details.

5. Personal Use Licence

Your purchase grants you a personal-use licence only.

You are free to use the materials for your own learning, creative development, or music production — but not to reproduce, resell, or share them in any form.

Any breach of this licence may result in revoked access and possible legal action for copyright infringement.

6. Updates & Revisions

Occasionally, digital products may be updated or revised to improve clarity or include new information.

Customers who have purchased a product may receive access to updated versions at my discretion.
